Accepting Offer of Admission

  • Students who are admitted to VCUarts Qatar must:
    • Accept their admission to confirm their intention to enroll.
    • Pay a non-refundable enrollment deposit, to be credited to their tuition fees of the term to which they were initially admitted.
  • Please note:
    • Deadlines for accepting offer of admission and paying deposit are strict and outlined in a student's letter of admission. 
    • Students who do not accept their admission by confirming their intention to enroll and paying a deposit are assumed to have declined admission and surrendered their seat in the program.
    • Students who were waitlisted may be offered admission if seats become available after the deposit deadline has passed.
  • Students with Disabilities:
    • Admitted students may request services and accommodations on the basis of documented evidence of disability.
