Teaching and Learning

The VCUarts Qatar Art and Design Library provides learning opportunities to help faculty, staff, and students develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies to deftly use information sources to produce and share knowlege and creative works in collaborative environments. At the beginning of each semester, we offer tours and orientations to all new members of the university community.

VCUarts Qatar teaching and learning librarians are available to provide course-integrated classes and workshops. Class sessions are collaboratively designed and delivered to meet students’ course-specific needs.  Librarians also deliver custom workshops for departments or research groups.

Classes and workshops should be scheduled in advance and can be integrated into learning management systems, course syllabi, and class project briefs when applicable.
