This event is being held to raise awareness for Palestine. There will be a traditional dance known as Dabkeh, a traditional Palestinian fashion show, Palestinian songs and a traditional dinner.

"We are planning our second Palestinian night at VCUQ responding to the school's request of redoing it because they found it very successful the last time. The planning is increased this time and we have more interesting things going on there." said. Nada Hamad President of Al Dar Arabic Cultural Club

The purpose of these events is to raise awareness of this important cause. VCUQatar students have organized various clubs such as the Al Dar Arabic Cultural Club and the Isadora Egyptian Club to emphasize the richness of Arabic culture.

"I am really proud of Nada Hamad, President of Al Dar Arabic Cultural Student Club at VCUQatar. She is an outstanding student and astonishing leader. When she started the club 2 years ago, she was thinking of organizing small events for students, but today she is also inviting the whole community.  We are so delighted to have Salam International as the main sponsor of our event. I would like to thank Ms Nadine J. Fattaleh-Al Shaa, Manager and Corporate Marketing & Communications at Salam International for their instant support to VCUQatar." added Hissa Al Garni VCUQatarStudent Activities Coordinator.
