The fee structure for students entering VCUQatar in the academic year of 2009/2010 is as outlined below.
Tuition and fees in Qatari Riyals (per semester)

QR2,582 Part-time per credit (1-11 credit hours)
QR2,582 Overload per credit (19 or more credit hours)
QR500 Application fee (non-refundable)
QR100 Late payment fee
QR1,336 Full-time books and materials fee
QR106 Part-time books and materials fee (per credit)
On-campus Qatar Foundation Student Residences
QR14,000 Boarding Fees (annual charge) for shared accommodation
QR2,000 Accommodation refundable deposit
All students, including scholarship students, must pay all applicable application/registration fees.
