Tasmeem Doha is a biennial international conference focusing on unique and contemporary themes in art and design. The 2015 edition will focus on the theme of ‘playfulness’ expressed by the Arabizi word 3ajeeb! (ahh-jhee-b).
‘3ajeeb’ means “strange in a strange way, cool in a cool way, and slightly weird in a slightly weird way.” This year’s festival will feature:
- 3 Studio days + 2 Shawarma Sessions with artists, designers, musicians, writers, tinkerers, and playful thinkers
- 1 Day OFFF to sit back and enjoy presentations by world-class speakers
- 1 Festival Day of exhibitions, playful interactions, performances and all things 3ajeeb
