تعلن جامعة فرجينيا كومنولث في قطر عن طرحها لدورات عطلة الربيع باللغة العربية، سيتم خلال هذا البرنامج تعريف طالبات الثانوية العامة بمهارات الفن واللاتي لديهن الرغبة في تعلم بعض تقنيات الفن والتصميم . يهدف البرنامج لإعطاء فكرة عن مباديء الرسم وصناعة التماثيل الفخارية من الطين و الرسوم المتحركة الكلاسيكية وو رسم الحروف وابتكار الكتب الهزلية. وهذه الدورة للطالبات من عمر 12 عاما
Gain Art and Design Awareness and learn some basic skills. The program covers an introduction to Painting, Hollow Clay Sculpture, Classic Animation, Character Drawing and Comic Book Creating and is open to school girls from the age of 12 to 16.

2) الرسوم المتحركة الكلاسيكية – تدرس بالعربيةتعلم التقنيات الأساسية لابتكار الرسوم المتحركة من خلال الكتاب المدربة : د. سماح جابر |

3) رسوم الشخصيات وابتكار الكتب الهزلية – تدرس بالعربيةتعلم أساسيات كيفية ابتكار شخصية وقصة باستخدام رسومات كريكاتورية بسيطة المدربة : د. سماح جابر |

4) فن الرسمتعلم أساسيات الرسم وخلط الألوان المدربة : فيروز واكادي |

- On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, students staying between 1pm-2pm are expected to bring their own lunch

Fill out the registration form in person at the Students Affairs Office and then pay the fee with cash or credit card at the Finance Office between 8:30am - 3:30pm, Sunday to Thursday .

يمكنكم التسجيل ودفع الرسوم إلكترونيا عبر الموقع الإلكتروني http://www.qatar.vcu.edu. أو بالحضور شخصيا لقسم شؤون الطلبة ودفع الرسوم في المكتب المالي من الساعة 8:30 صباحا وحتى الساعة 12 ظهرا ومن الساعة 1:00 ظهرا وحتى الساعة 3:30 عصرا من الأحد للخميس .
الأماكن محدودة ولا يمكن تأكيد الحجز إلا بدفع الرسوم كاملة.
سيتم منح المشاركين شهادات بحضور الدورة في آخر الدورة على أن يكون المشترك قد حضر بنسبة 75% من إجمالي الفصول . وستتوفر الشهادات لغير الحاضرين في مكتب شؤون الطلاب ولمدة أسبوعين فقط.
لا يمكن استعادة الرسوم عند بداية الدورة.

VCUQatar announces a short spring holiday program taught in Arabic, introducing art & design to young female high school students.
1) Hollow Clay Sculpture and Clay Murals - taught in ArabicLearn basic hollow clay construction techniques to create three dimensional ceramic work. Instructor: Zaineb Balasem Yasser |

2) Classic Animation - taught in ArabicLearn the basic technique to create an animated flick through book. Instructor: Dr. Samah Gaber |

3) Character Drawing and Comic Book Creation - taught in ArabicLearn basics on how to create a character and story resulting in a simple cartoon Instructor: Dr. Samah Gaber |

Terms and Conditions
- All classes are open to girls only and are taught in Arabic at the VCUQatar campus within Education City on Al Luqta Street.
- Certificates for the programs will be given to students who have attended at least 75 % of the classes during the last class. Certificates will afterwards be available thereafter to these students for two weeks only at the Students Affairs Office.
- Refunds cannot be processed after the start of classes and will incur a minimum $10 or 35QR administration fee
- All proceeds are donated to the VCUQatar scholarship fund. Fees are based on both instructor contact hours and materials.
