The stencil is a simple yet powerful tool that can transform the interior of a house into a charming home, or turn city walls into a canvas for political and creative expression.
During this course, you will be introduced to several stencil making techniques as well as tools that are easy to find at home and others that are more specialized. You will be able to use these techniques to create imagery that can be applied on many different surfaces such as paper, walls, fabric and wood. Students are encouraged to explore and experiment with different techniques and be free with personal and creative expression.
