The Department of Human Resources provides strategic HR leadership to encourage best practice in the management of the staff and faculty of VCUQatar. It supports a distributed human resources environment through leadership, policy development, senior operational services and advice. We strive to attract, retain and develop outstanding employees who are committed to the achievement of excellence and values of VCUQatar.
We provide a wide range of services to employees (and in some cases students) in areas such as recruitment, mobilization, payroll, staff development, work life balance, workforce planning, travel, recognition and rewards and health benefits.
We strive to ensure that the service standards provided by Hr team are of the highest quality possible and that we are creative and innovative in terms of assisting our employees with solutions to people related issues.
